Impartiality is a practice, not just a statement.
Technical recommendations should be supported by documented facts, appropriate guidance and the best interests of the client. We are establishing a service model without water treatment equipment sales or supplier sales commissions.
Relevant ownership relationships and conflicts of interest will be disclosed. Where independence cannot be sufficiently safeguarded for an assessment, the work should be referred to a suitably independent professional.

Vorenico's advisory service is intended to support decisions, operational control and documented risk management. It does not replace the Master’s and operator’s statutory responsibilities, independent laboratory analysis or approval by competent authorities.
Any inspection, accreditation, regulatory compliance or certification claim must be supported by the relevant formal competence and scope before it is offered.
