Source-indexed control register for potable water safety, vessel evidence and professional Vorenico review. Apply UK rules to UK-flag yachts only; select a different register for other flag states.
HOW THE MEMBER REGISTER WORKS
Four steps to a review-ready vessel dossier
Choose only your vessel's registered flag. The crew records what can be demonstrated; Vorenico assesses the relevant evidence and identifies outstanding actions.
01
Describe the vessel
Vessel name, commercial or private status, length, GT, year and applicable certificate/code.
02
Choose a status
Evidence supplied, action needed, not checked yet, or not applicable with a clear reason.
03
Reference proof
Enter a logbook page, inspection date, laboratory report ID, maintenance record or corrective action. This field is text only; documents are shared separately.
04
Save and export
Save your draft, export the CSV and share that register and source documents with Vorenico for review.
Example: Weekly water inspection → Evidence supplied → “Inspection 26 Oct 2026; deck logbook p.84; responsible engineer: Chief Engineer”.
VERIFIED PRIMARY REFERENCES · 28 OCTOBER 2026
From regulation to vessel evidence.
Document what the vessel does, identify missing proof and link each item to the Water Safety Plan. Applicability is not automatic: the operation, registration, applicable Yacht Code and transition arrangements must be checked by Vorenico.
What this is — and is not
An evidence preparation and technical review tool. A completed checklist does not mean statutory flag acceptance or legal compliance.
United Kingdom: checklist below. Cayman Islands: separate verified register. Isle of Man, Bermuda, Marshall Islands and Malta each have separate evidence registers. Select the correct flag from the navigation above. Applicable national rules and exemptions still require vessel-specific review.

Sign in to fill in and save your vessel-specific evidence checklist. The public page shows the indexed requirements, but not any private assessment.
Duty: an express obligation only within the stated scope. Conditional: check vessel applicability first. Guidance: risk-based advice, not a universal statutory requirement. Recording evidence is not the same as independent verification.

Water quality and supply
Sources & capacity
Duty
Ensure sufficient, safe, palatable drinking water suitable for consumption, provided free of charge to seafarers.
Scope: UK commercial / MLC in scope
Evidence requested: Supply capacity review, water test results, incident and corrective-action records.
At least weekly, the master or authorised delegate together with catering staff inspects food/drinking-water supplies and catering equipment. Record results in the official logbook.
Scope: UK commercial / MLC in scope
Evidence requested: Official logbook entries, inspector authorisation and linked inspection checklists.
Assess suitable disinfection; Annex 2 describes 0.2 mg/L free chlorine or 1.0 mg/L chloramine as good practice during loading, not a mandatory universal threshold. Silver-stabilised peroxide is discussed; do not infer automatic approval of other formulations.
Scope: Good-practice guidance, NOT a universal legal chlorine limit
Evidence requested: Selected treatment rationale, product approvals, appropriate chemical tests and monitoring.
Set and verify vessel-specific tank cleaning, hose sanitation, filter service, calorifier inspection and outlet maintenance; distinguish published recommendations from obligations.
Scope: MCA Annex 2 recommended maintenance, not universal statutory intervals
Evidence requested: PMS job cards, tank certificates, chemical procedures, corrective actions.
Editorial reference: 28 October 2026. MGN 397 is officially withdrawn and is not used as current MCA authority. This tool cannot assess compliance without vessel-specific competent review, relevant flag and class correspondence, and verification of amendments and exemptions.
